I bought this book for my niece who is a teenager. I believe this book is great for a boost of confidence and to learn how to connect with yourself. My niece is a teenager and can be down on herself and this book has really taught her some tips on how to stay confident around big crowds and in general.

This is exactly what I was looking for to gain confidence in my job. The fact that it is a workbook makes it interactive.
