This book was a letdown. The content is a mess of repeated phrases and examples. It genuinely feels like Patrick tried to write a high school essay where you are required to hit a specific word count. No sources are given at all. "Science suggests", "Recent studies", etc. is NOT a substitute for actual sources. The structure of the book is terrible as well. The font is too big, the chapter titles are written in the same font, font size, and weight (no bold, no cursive, just normal) as the content of the chapter. This is very unprofessional and sloppy. I found spelling mistakes in the introduction of the book... I was hoping to learn a bit about the psychology behind people, body language, facial expressions, and how to read/interpret the aforementioned, but I ended up learning very little. This is not a book on how to read people, it's a blog post by an author with no valid credentials within the field of psychology. 1/10 If you want something of actual value then read "The Laws of Human Nature" by Robert Greene.

tless 5.0 Black Leather for my black S23 Ultra. I was also considering the UAG metropolis LT Pro, but decided to go with this one for now. Pros: This case fits perfectly, looks great and provides that necessary protection I was looking for. The genuine leather provides just the right amount of grip on the back and doesn't show finger prints (unlike the carbon fiber model). The screen protection provided by the rubber at the top and bottom of the case is perfect and beat any other case I found/ was willing to consider using. The buttons are great. The case doesn't feel too bulky. Overall, great case. Cons: It's really pricey considering it's just a piece of plastic, rubber and thing layer of leather. That being said, I'd rather pay 3x the price to properly protect a phone that's $1,200 and not sacrificing on looks.
