Bought more for friends and family
· Review provided by walmart.com · December 29, 2023
This book was sent to me by a family member and after just a few pages I bought additional copies for others I know who are struggling with loss.

I can’t fully review this book since I’m still reading it but as soon as I began reading I was highlighting all over the place.

I don’t like self help books or anything fluffy or woo woo so I was apprehensive, but after the first three chapters I immediately ordered additional copies.

Hopefully it can help me and those I purchased it for.

I hope it can help you as well.
This book is a gem!

After reading through this book I highly recommend this book for anyone suffering loss. This book clearly points out grief has many other sources than a death. I have discovered through this book an unresolved grief issue from years ago has had lasting effects on me. Now I can work this issue out and begin to feel better. This book is a valuable asset to add to your home library.
A well thought out approach that works!

This book teaches you the ways you could be covering up your grief to prevent moving forward in life. It also talks about the steps to move forward. It can be very heavy at times as it brings back the feelings necessary to help the recovery process This book is very helpful to those who are grieving. I recommend this book to help you through these tough times.
