If rated purely on comfort I would give a 5 star rating. I can actually wear this bra from morning until bedtime in absolute comfort. The problems I have are the same with all the different Platex bras I've had thus far: 1) the straps are too short making it difficult to put on, 2) the bigger the cup, the more gravity pulls down in front so: a) the cushioned straps are pulled forward and are not on top of the shoulder where needed, b) need to pull the back down throughout the day as gravity pulls the bra down in the front. The design department needs to have women in each cup size wear each design for a full day and critique so improvements can be made. A woman in a C cup is not going to have the same experience as someone with an A cup, and a D cup and larger will have different needs as the cup size increases. More design research is needed. Note: When received the cups were wrinkled due to the inner material of the cups. This was caused by packing/shipping. After washing these wrinkles disappeared. Again, very comfortable.

The problem wasn't the bra, it was the display. These bras were packaged and in a cabinet type unit. There didn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to the display. They weren't organized by color or size. I searched for a long time and couldn't fine the color and size I needed. The lowest shelf is inches from the floor. I finally got down on the floor, lowered my head to almost the floor so that I could see the ones on the bottom shelf. I'm 66, it was not a pretty sight and I had a slight fear that I wouldn't be able to get back up! I thought I found it, struggled to get back up only to discover that it was not the right size after all.

The 2 that fit were fine. The 3rd one that I bought of this style, when I got it home, what size it said on the package is not was inside. It was a much smaller size. The 4th bra was a different style and didn’t fit. When I went to return the 2, I was told I couldn’t return them because they were Last Act items and was told it says that’s on the very bottom of the receipt. I was told I couldn’t return these when I bought them. I never shop at Macy’s so I didn’t know what Last Act was. I was pretty mad and especially on the one your store screwed up on and put a different size in the packaging. The girl just shrugged her shoulders and said nope! I guess there is a reason I don’t shop there! This rating is on your customer service!

I was really excited about a wirefree, comfortable bra for a larger bust. I am tired of buying ugly bras with lots of seams across the bust and I wanted a smooth cup. This bra arrived and it reads cheap, not just inexpensive. The straps are too short and not really padded for comfort. It was tight across my back even though I have a lot of other Platex bras in the same size. The straps dig into my shoulders all day. I could not wait to get home to take it off! I would not recommend this bra to anyone with a large bust. I regret my purchase. I wore it so I am sure I can’t return it.
