I had purchased some shoes for my husband from this site and he loved them so I decided to try a pair for me as well. I second what another reviewer said, "I was afraid the shoes would look like a bulky "senior" shoe, but I was pleasantly surprised. It has a classic look, made of leather, and was comfortable right away!" The toe box feels comfortable and doesn't squeeze my toes. I have some dress flats, but nothing for every day except for tennis shoes. I'm especially pleased with the sizing instructions on this site. I never knew I had a narrow foot!! I thought a narrow width would definitely squish my toes so I usually purchase wide and then they slip of my heels horribly. I wear 11 1/2 in women's shoes and those can be very hard to find. My big toe sort of brushes the end in these but if I bought a size 12, then I think they'd be way too big and I don't want to hassle with exchanging just to see. Looking forward to wearing these instead of my tennis shoes all the time. Glad to finally find a shoe (and a shoe size) that feels great!

I ordered these shoes after a visit to the podiatrist. I was told I would eventually need surgery to address some serious bunions and that I really needed to take better care of my feet in general because I also have over pronation. So I was looking for a good black shoe that would work for church and be comfortable with my insole. At first, I wasn't sure about the shoes. They looked fine, but one fit more snug than the other. I put all the inserts and stuff inside, and I just couldn't get both shoes to fit well. Well, I thought about returning them, and as I was deciding, I read back over the information about the shoe and read something about adjustable straps. I looked at the shoe, and then I realized the straps were adjustable! Problem solved! Shoes work, and I love them!

The shoes was comfortable but because of other reviews I bought a 9.5 WW. instead I should have bought my regular 8.5 but in a double wide. After a while it felt heavy on my feet, I was slipping in it. I find the shoes too narrow. I bought boots last winter and the Velcro does not even touch. I needed a double wide or extra straps. The shoes are supposed to be for those with foot problems back ache but I find the basic layout of each shoes a problem, too narrow at the top of my foot and velcro too short. The technology is great but simplicity goes a long way

I love this shoe and this brand. I stand on my feet for about 12 hours a day and was experiencing a lot of pain from my feet on upwards. I noticed an immediate difference in wearing these. I had no pain at the end of the day. They give you an arch support, 2 different size insoles in addition to your main insole, and a cushion for the ball of your foot as well. My only recommendation is that you buy a size bigger. I’m usually a size 7 in most shoes, but I had to get a size 8 in these. Make sure your toes have space!
