The service and pricing is great. You get what you pay for though.
I use Gliden t-shirts for work, and after 4-5 washings, the neck is stretched out and hanging in front. I have a t-shirt I've had for probably 8 years that is sturdy and the neck is still intact like the day I bought it.
Same with fruit of the loom with the neck stretching like a rubber band. This is poor quality, it's obvious, and there's no denying it. When you can stretch your neck out to twice what you're pulling it's obvious the stitching is inferior and no consideration has been put into it to make it more durable. Clothes are getting cheaper and cheaper with inferior quality fabrics and stitching. No denying that also. Gliden would do well to take this into account, but the bean counters are set in their ways to squeeze more of a profit into corporate pockets even at the expense of quality. I hope this message makes it to Gliden. Just make sure it bypasses the bean counters on its way to quality control. Al

Customer communication: Working with the company was a breeze! When the shirts arrived, I was excited because they looked amazing. They smelled of vinegar (since they steamed cleaned the shirts) so the first thing I needed to do was wash them.

Washing Issues: Washed on Cold, inside out, regular cycle, with detergent and fabric softener. As they came out of the wash, about 25% of the shirts had the logo get stuck to itself. Upon trying to separate the graphic from itself, the graphic began to peel off in sections.
Even with improper washing practices, the graphics should not deteriorate after the first few washes alone! However, the customer service team was able to resolve the issue and place an order for replacements at no additional cost.

Sizing and fit: In our opinion, the shirts look and feel one size smaller than they are. (So a Large will fit like a Medium). The fabric and feel is great though.

Overall: We give this whole experience a 3.5 out of 5.
Great t-shirts. Mislabeled in ad.

Have bought these 50/50 long sleeve t-shirts for a number of years. They are sized right for me (XL), wear and wash easily, and last. There is only one problem. The Cheapestees webside says they are tagless with a heat-sealed label. That is false. Actually, they have a too prominent somewhat stiff double label sewed in at the back that many people will want to remove. They have had this same problem before although they have previously sent me these t-shirts with a heat-sealed label. I have not knocked off a star for this error because these are really nice t-shirts.

The color is listed as Red-Orange, however, it is an amazing beautiful bright neon orange. Nothing red about it! I love the neon orange color and the fabric is heavier weight and oh, so soft!

Hoping they make a neon green, eventually (Their Safety Green is actually a neon yellow color - nothing green about that one.) Hot Pink is truly a hot neon pink - absolutely gorgeous! I've washed all of them twice and they still look bright with almost no shrinkage.

Really happy with the larger selection at Shirt Space - and they shipped quickly, with a shipping list included (some companies don't include one)
