Bright, High-Quality Shirts - Worth the Cost But Beware of Order Size vs. Fast Shipping Cost Conundrum
Lauren K.· Review provided by rushordertees.com · October 29, 2024
We recently ordered "safety" fluorescent green/yellow shirts for our business's newly adopted road clean up. They came out great. They are so bright that we could not be missed and they have our logo large on the back so people who drove by knew who we were, which was a bonus! I have noticed employees wearing them to work on regular work days as well bc the color is so bright it is "cheerful" and they are comfy and good quality. The price was a bit more than I would have liked to pay. There is a discount if you order more shirts, but then if you want them there quick you have to pay extra shipping PER SHIRT. So, its a toss up between ordering more to have enough for future employees and volunteers to get a cheaper price per shirt and getting them here on time which adds approx. $2-$15 PER SHIRT depending on how quickly they are needed. Overall, I know that they will have the shirts here on time as I have had to do the rush order twice in the past 2 months for 2 different events. I also have ordered non-rushed T shirts before and loved the t shirt and design. I would only order T shirts "rushed" if I had absolutely no other option just because they can end up being $40 a shirt depending on the shirt, the logos, colors and writing and how quickly you need them. Even the non rushed shirts in the past came quicker than orders from other online t shirt or work uniform vendors. I would definitely recommend to anyone and our business will be using them again.
Online Design/Mockup Not Quite True To End Result
Edward C.· Review provided by rushordertees.com · April 16, 2024
I absolutely appreciate that RushOrderTees occupies the middle ground between Cafe Press and my local screen printing shop. No complaint there. I've done both. Cafe Press is garbage. My local screen print shop is wonderful except they will only do large runs, and I need to produce my own art and then carry it in. I went to art school, and frankly, much of my education was just creating a logo and then sorting through fonts, to the point of exhaustion, to achieve that perfect "look and feel".
RushOrderTees is perfect for anyone with a creative or ironic project they would like to share with others, with minimal effort. And also for those who can afford $30 for a single T-shirt.
My only complaint (and I make it lightly)... It was pretty obvious that the final T-shirt did not match the online mockup. And it could have been remedied by simply choosing a darker ink for the garment. I would suggest you need to include a secondary review, or further scrutiny of the design production, and with the customer. It's obvious you are performing some sort of review to prevent plagiarism or offensive designs already. That should be expanded to be beneficial for the customer.
The service and pricing is

The service and pricing is great. You get what you pay for though.
I use Gliden t-shirts for work, and after 4-5 washings, the neck is stretched out and hanging in front. I have a t-shirt I've had for probably 8 years that is sturdy and the neck is still intact like the day I bought it.
Same with fruit of the loom with the neck stretching like a rubber band. This is poor quality, it's obvious, and there's no denying it. When you can stretch your neck out to twice what you're pulling it's obvious the stitching is inferior and no consideration has been put into it to make it more durable. Clothes are getting cheaper and cheaper with inferior quality fabrics and stitching. No denying that also. Gliden would do well to take this into account, but the bean counters are set in their ways to squeeze more of a profit into corporate pockets even at the expense of quality. I hope this message makes it to Gliden. Just make sure it bypasses the bean counters on its way to quality control. Al
My custom tees near disaster!
Lawrence R.· Review provided by rushordertees.com · November 29, 2024
Recently, I had made a mistake with a reorder (order#2480306) by not noticing a final step needed before the t-shirts could be on the way to me. The custom made shirts were for a concert event 5 months in the making and it was a reorder of some shirts I already designed and purchased a few weeks earlier. I needed to get a few more made up and sent to me before the event. The shirts never arrived even after the delivery date they initially gave me when I made the order had passed, And the event was only 1 day away!! I called and they explained why the shirts had never been shipped! I was absolutely frantic and very upset! So, what did your company do?……. .
THE IMPOSSIBLE!! Within less than 24 hours the shirts were at my front door 1 hour before the show!!…. . Unbelievable!! I was stunned and very grateful! I want to sincerely thank your staff (Micheal Callahan) and your company for the best customer service I have ever experienced! Even though it was at least partially my own mistake, you guys made it work to keep a customer happy! The quality of the shirts was excellent and everyone loved my design! I have been singing RushOrderTees praises to everyone ever since. Thank You Thank You Thank You!! You have a customer for life! Please feel free to use any/all of this as a positive customer review.
