Classically fougère, seductively warm and sweet with its use of Ambroxan and vanilla. And with an effervescent aromatic quality.

The opening begins with mint oil, lemon Orpur (a luxury ingredient from Givaudan), and green apple. Now usually I'm not a fan of green apple, a good example of this is Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue pour femme. But in this it's done well, the mint and lemon take the light here. It's refreshing, and grabs your attention when you first press the atomizer. I LOVE the sweetness of the lemon alongside the herbaceous aromatic quality of the mint.
Warm and slightly sweet Tonka Bean, alongside the inviting musky smell of Ambroxan, begin to slowly waft upwards as the scent dries. I pick up a little bit of soft green floral undertones, from the geranium here. And it tones down the intensity of the warm almost spicy quality of the Tonka and ambroxan. The ambroxan and lemon/mint blend well, it adds a slight musky sweetness to the lemon that I enjoy.

Once the fragrance is fully in its dry-down, precious dry smelling cedar, vanilla, and vetiver come into play. And this. Smells. Freaking. Amazing. The vanilla and vetiver is simply superb, with its sweet herbaceousness. The cedar woods mingling with the ambroxan smells so seductive and sexy. I definitely still get some green notes from the geranium here, but it's VERY hard to pick up unless you have your nose practically on your skin.

Performance is honestly quite agreeable for an EdT. Lasts around 6hrs on my skin, with it having around 5ft sillage at its apogee. All in all, this is WELL worth picking up, especially if you're like me and in your 20s. It's youthful, energetic, and has a magnetic quality to it.

This is Legitimately Versace Eros Parfum. Really Great price at $80. This is NOT, Eau de Toilette (EDT) or Eau de Parfum (EDP). The is the Parfum version which has the highest concentration of perfume oils. BUT remember that does not mean, more powerful, at least not for this fragrance. If you want beast projection then stick with Eros EDT. Versace Eros Parfum is more mature and refine. Look at the scent profile on the Versace webpage for Eros EDT/EDP vs Parfum but I will tell you that the Parfum version has removed the mint & apple which makes it a more mature and sophisticated fragrance.Top: Lemon oil, mandarin oil, litsea cubeba, elemi oil, black pepper oilHeart: Pomarose, geranium oil, lavender, sage oilBase: Benzoin Resinoid, patchouli, vanilla You get a nice fragrance bubble and close to the skin scent that for my skin lasts all day. This is why I bought the Parfum version so I can wear at work or going out but not screaming smell me. Try a sample for a few days and see if you like the fragrance because everyone has different LIKES. That is why I am not reviewing how it smells. I love the fragrance on me and the compliments I have received when it has been discovered by others. You have to check it out yourself.This a REAL Versace product that I received. I am posting pictures of the legitimate indicators on the product. The biggest proof that you have the legitimate Versace Eros Parfum is the serial number that partially wraps around the box. It can only be seen with a UV or black light. I hit it with my UV flashlight and you can see in the picture the serial numbers appear. Hope this helps you trust it's real from Amazon.

This is the first expensive cologne I have bought in a long time. I researched the different colognes and chose the Versace Eros EDT. Wanted to see how my wife of 28 years would react to it or even notice it. For a couple of weeks I used it and got no reaction, so I sprayed some kind n my arm and let her smell it. Her response was mmmm… that smells good. So after doing a little research I discovered I wasn’t spraying enough of this fantastic cologne. ITV was recommended by experts to spray 15 sprays to your body and a couple on your clothes. I’ll try that this weekend. The lowest price I could find on this cologne was Walmart. I ordered it and it arrived within 3 days, maybe 4. Price and speed of delivery. You can’t beat Walmart.

I thought I had ordered atleast an 1oz. Apparently not tho bc I recieved the worlds smallest container of "cologne". You'd probably get maybe 5 uses out of it. I honestly do not understand why that's even an option to purchase, not even for $20. It should be removed from the options bc trust me, its not worth $20. I was so angry when I opened that box. It also does not smell like this brand usually would. So, I'm thinking its a fake. of course! I also purchased a Dolce and Gabbana from Walmarts website and it too was a fake. All 3 that were purchased will be retuned in store sometime this week. I'd just be weary of what you purchase, double check the size of it, and then triple check again just to be sure. %26 like the old saying goes, if its too good to be true, it more than likely is. unfortunately.
