April 4, 2024They are beautiful for sure. Came nicely packaged with no damage, etc. but, Sorel, PLEASE fix your sizing!!! it is just so all over the place and completely off from all brands I purchase. I am typically a size 9.5-10 in most shoe brands, but Sorel has always fit small...I tried these in the store in size 10 but they just barely squished the top of my big toe, so I looked online and was excited to see size 10.5 and quickly ordered. At first I thought they fit great, but after walking in them more I realized they are now too big. The toe box is too wide, and I have wide feet, and a bit too long so my foot slides around a lot, the heel also lifts. So, the 10 is just barely too small and the 10.5 is a bit too big....I don't have this problem in any other brand so I can confidently say this is not a me problem. Also, the insole could be improved, not a lot of support. I had to add new insoles. I cant return them as I wore them on a recent trip to the mountains, and I do love the look, but they wont work for longer walks, etc. disappointing for sure. I would love to continue to support Sorel, but need the sizing to be standardized with most other brands.
Great boot, awful laces and customer service

April 5, 2024I want to start off by saying that I love my Out N About boots for many reasons: stylish, warm, dry, comfortable, and keeps me stable on snow/ice. I got these boots this winter, but my only complaint is the quality of the laces. Within a week of owning them, the decorative wrap on the laces started to wear and the internal lace popped out in multiple places. For the price of the boots, I expected better quality and going with a different lace impacts the style which is disappointing. I wanted to pass on my experience to the Sorel team, but getting ahold of anyone is ridiculous. The email link does not work, and I had my call dropped multiple times. When I finally got ahold of warranty they mentioned that I could purchase laces elsewhere and they would reimburse me, but again, this impacts the style/look of the boot. He wouldn’t provide a email and said to leave a review, so here I am. Disappointing for the price. Please use this review to improve your product and customer care. Thank you.
Runs small-had to go a half size up.

January 15, 2024I love the look of these & are a functional bootie for light rain, dry surface winter conditions with moderate temps.
With medium weight crew socks my feet were warm in temps averaging in the upper 30’s-50’s.
I have not worn them in rainy weather-only wet surface conditions, light snow.
I had to size up from my normal size 7 to 7.5 as with most Sorel shoes. These function while doing errands but I have an issue with the stitching rubbing against my ankle bone. I cannot wear thin socks or ankle socks with these. I am fine if sitting or wearing for a short time but I am hesitant to wear them if doing a lot of walking without breaks to sit. With the exception of the stitching issue, they are overall comfortable.
I purchased these on sale for $64. I would have never paid full price.
Not worth the money

December 1, 2024My boys bought these for me and I thought I was going to love them. Right from the get go, the tongue of one boot always kept sliding to the side when I wore them. I should have returned them at that point. They were cute but weren’t super comfy and were waterproof until the sole started to come away from the upper boot. So even on dry days I couldnt wear them bc it looked bad. Also- the tab on the back of the boot is way too small to be used to help pull on the boot (and that ended up ripping as well). All in all I was really disappointed in this boot and wouldn’t buy again as they are not worth the money. (And let me just say, I have other Sorel shoes and love them- I guess that’s why I was so disappointed in this particular style)
